At ArtIMagnet, we work hard to process and ship your custom products quickly and securely.

 

1. Processing Time

All products are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.

2. Shipping & Delivery Rates

• Free Shipping on all U.S. orders $30 or more.

• A flat rate of $4.99 applies to U.S. orders under $30.

• Free Local Delivery available within our service area (you will see this option at checkout if eligible).

• Free Local Pickup available at our designated pickup location (select “Pickup” at checkout).

3. Shipping Methods

We use USPS, UPS, or other reliable carriers, and provide tracking information for every order.

4. Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time is 3 - 7 business days after shipment.

• Local Delivery: Typically 1 - 3 business days after your order is ready.

• Local Pickup: We will email you when your order is ready.

5. Delays

We are not responsible for carrier delays or external events (e.g., weather, customs, strikes) that are beyond our control.

 

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
