At ArtIMagnet, we create personalized products made just for you. Therefore, all sales are final. 

However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

 

1. Custom Product Policy

We do not accept returns on personalized items except in cases where:

  • The product arrives damaged, or

  • The item differs significantly from the approved design.

 

2. Reporting an Issue

  • If you encounter a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

  • Provide a clear photo and a description of the issue.

 

3. Resolution

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Remake the item at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a partial or full refund.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • All custom-made photo magnets

  • All products with custom text or personalization
